These terms apply when you shop with us, use this website, or ask us to collect or sell something for you. We've kept them as plain as we can.

Buying

  • All prices are in Australian dollars (AUD).
  • Everything we sell is preloved and one of a kind. We describe each item honestly and photograph any marks, and the photos are part of the description. Colours can look a little different on different screens.
  • Your order is confirmed once payment goes through. We sometimes sell pieces in person or on other marketplaces too — if something has already gone when your order comes in, we'll tell you and refund you in full.
  • No holds without a deposit. First to pay gets it.
  • Bundle two or more and we'll do you a better price — ask before you check out.
  • Postage, pickup and delivery are covered in our shipping policy, and returns in our refund policy.

Free furniture collection

  • Collection is free, within Perth metro.
  • Items need to be in usable condition. We decide what we can take, before or on the day, and we'll say so kindly if something isn't a fit. We can't take mattresses, or anything broken or water-damaged.
  • You must own the item, or have the owner's OK to give it away.
  • Ownership passes to us when we collect it. We don't pay for collected items, and we may sell, donate or otherwise rehome them.

Selling on consignment

These are our standard terms. We'll confirm the terms for your item with you before we list it.

  • You must own the item and be free to sell it. We can decline any item.
  • We photograph and list the item, and handle buyers, payment and delivery.
  • You receive 60% of the sale price (the item price, not including any postage the buyer pays). We keep 40%.
  • Items are listed for 60 days.
  • After 30 days we may adjust the price by up to 15%, but only with your OK.
  • If it hasn't sold after 60 days, it's your choice: it's returned to you, or it becomes a free collection and we find it a new home.
  • We pay you by bank transfer within 7 days of the sale clearing.
  • We take reasonable care of your item while it's with us.

Using this website

The photos and words on this site are ours, so please don't copy them for commercial use without asking. We work hard to keep listings accurate, but mistakes happen. If we get a price or detail wrong, we'll tell you before your order goes any further, and you can cancel for a full refund.

Your rights

Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or changes your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. Beyond that, and as far as the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect loss arising from your use of this site.
