Is everything second-hand?

Yes. Everything we sell is preloved, so nothing is brand new. We describe every item honestly: if there's a mark, a loose thread or a wobbly leg, it's written down in the listing.

What do the condition grades mean?

New with tags: never worn or used, original tags still on. Like new: used lightly, with no wear you'd notice. Good: normal light wear from a previous life, with anything worth mentioning written down. Fair: well loved, with visible wear or a flaw or two, all noted and priced to match.

How much is postage?

$15 flat anywhere in Australia per order on anything that fits in a parcel. Add more to the same order and postage stays $15.

How does bundle & save work?

Postage is per order, not per item, so add a few things and you only pay the $15 once. Buying several pieces? Send us a message and we'll see what we can do on price too.

Can I pick up instead?

Yes. Pickup is free from Kallaroo or Balcatta in Perth. Once you've ordered we'll message you to sort a time that suits.

How does furniture work?

Furniture is pickup from Kallaroo or Balcatta, or ask for a delivery quote — we'll help you load the car.

Can you hold something for me?

No holds without a deposit. First to pay gets it.

What if it's not as described?

We don't do change-of-mind returns, so read the notes and measurements before you buy. If something isn't as described, message us within 3 days of it arriving and we'll make it right.

What does free furniture collection cover?

Anywhere in Perth metro, free. Send us a couple of photos and your suburb through the Sell or donate form and we'll come and get it. Usable condition only, so we can't take mattresses, or anything broken or water-damaged. We'll always tell you kindly if something isn't a fit.

How does consignment work?

We photograph it, list it, and handle buyers, payment and delivery. You get 60% of the sale price. We list it for 60 days; if it hasn't sold by then, it goes back to you or we collect it free — your choice.

When do I get paid?

By bank transfer within 7 days of the sale clearing. We'll let you know as soon as it sells.

What sells well?

Solid timber furniture, good-brand clothing and shoes in good nick, interesting homewares, lamps, mirrors and art. Not sure? Pick "Not sure — you tell me" on the form and we'll give you an honest take.

I'm outside Perth. Can I still sell with you?

Send it through anyway. Consignment can work by post for smaller things, and we'll let you know what's possible.

Where are you?

We're in Perth, WA. Pickups are from Kallaroo and Balcatta, and we'll share the exact spot when we book a time.
