We post Australia-wide and offer free pickup in Perth. Here's how it works.

Parcel postage: $15 flat per order

Anything that fits in a parcel — clothing, shoes, bags, accessories and most homewares — posts anywhere in Australia for a flat $15 per order. Add more to the same order and postage stays $15.

We post within 2 business days of your order, with tracking, and email you the tracking details once it's on its way. Delivery time after that depends on where you are.

Free pickup: Kallaroo & Balcatta, Perth

Pickup is free from Kallaroo or Balcatta, by arrangement. Choose pickup at checkout and we'll message you to find a time that suits. We'll send the exact pickup spot once the time is agreed.

Furniture and large items

Furniture and other large pieces are too big for parcel post. You can pick up from Kallaroo or Balcatta — we'll help you load the car — or ask us for a delivery quote. We can quote delivery around Perth, and interstate freight on request. Any delivery price is agreed with you before you pay it.

Where we send to

Australia only, for now. All prices are in Australian dollars.

If something goes wrong

We pack every order with care. If your parcel hasn't turned up when you'd expect, or it arrives damaged, message us — with a photo if it's damaged, within 3 days of delivery — and we'll chase it up or make it right.
